I just had my second child and am wanting to lose weight. I don't have alot of free time to exercise. Also I am breastfeeding and don't want anything that will hurt my baby. Are there any quick exercises I can do at home that will get results?

Breast feeding alone helps you lose weight. You don't really want to try slim fast right now or any heavy exerscice program, your bodies needs alot of calories to produce breast milk. I would suggest getting a pilates video, they have ones that have 10 minutes of excercising then you can stop and continue later. Very nice for a busy mom. After you wean do the slim fast thing add some high engery cardio, and some sort of resistence training, all of this you can do at home.

Good luck, congrats on the baby, and cheers

I wouldn't reccomend Slim Fast. It won't give you what you need to nurse a baby. (Read the label!)

Do you know that you burn 500 calories a day just breast feeding? It's nature's way of helping mother slim down so father still finds her attractive. Pair nursing with a 30-minute walk after each meal to help digestion, and you should see the weight go away pretty quickly.

You shouldn't try to lose weight when you are breastfeeding. Your caloric intake should be almost the same as when you were pregnant. Your wonderful baby needs all the good stuff s/he can get.
