I have been trying to lose my belly for a year now i do four days a week work out, starting with 45 minutes cardio 20 minutes walking - 20 minutes jogging- 5 minutes cooling down. then i do Weights. I used to target my belly with crunches and all, little change happened but still it seems so hard my belly to remove. I have a great body except for that tough area. Im also on diet i eat wheat for breakfast with milk, i cut the rice and bread, i have eggs or tuna or noodles for dinner, i eat nuts in between as snaks. Its still when u pinch it its tough and hard. I need to lose that belly im already very slim i cant slim out more. Any ideas ?
