I have been trying to lose my belly for a year now i do four days a week work out, starting with 45 minutes cardio 20 minutes walking - 20 minutes jogging- 5 minutes cooling down. then i do Weights. I used to target my belly with crunches and all, little change happened but still it seems so hard my belly to remove. I have a great body except for that tough area. Im also on diet i eat wheat for breakfast with milk, i cut the rice and bread, i have eggs or tuna or noodles for dinner, i eat nuts in between as snaks. Its still when u pinch it its tough and hard. I need to lose that belly im already very slim i cant slim out more. Any ideas ?

Try this:
it is called the "the crane" for some funny chinese reason. The idea is to start at the belly button and visualise good energy flowing from your right hand (if you are male, left hand if female) into your tummy. Slowly and gently spiral out from your navel, and then back from the wide circle around the tummy slowly spiral inwards to the navel. This provides more digestive fire to the intestines which will help you digest the slow-to-go fat. It stimulates the intestinesin the direction of the spiral, so spiraling counter clockwise (if you had a clock dial on the stomach) slows down the intestinal passage, clockwise speeds it up. thats why you reverse and go in/out for a while to keep balance.
It realy just helps you digest better, which if you have "slow chi" (constipation ect.) in the stomach will help you lose weight. Suprisingly if you have too much "fast chi" (loose stool ect) and are under-weight it will help that too, but dont worry about it making you gain because it brings balance, and treats imbalance.

you seem to know you diet pretty well but i would ditch the noodles only because carbs after 5p.m. arnt good because your not doing anything to burn them up. Now even if you work out after 5pm like i do I still dont think you should. As for the belly its the first place the body stores fat and it's the last place to lose it. I'm ripped but i still and prolly never will see a 6 pack it's just the way it goes sometimes

I have really large ribs, and even if i was an anorexic and never ever ever ate and weighed like 80 libs, the way my ribs are built, i would still not be able to have a flat tummy. Maybe it's the same case with you.

I agree with PP. Fatness is more of a genetic thing, and you can't really target your weight loss to a specific part of your body.

Now you put me in real trouble!!!
I've got this problem too, but I thought that all the exercises you mentioned would help.
What to do now?
