DO not ever try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. All these diets that sound too good to be true...ARE too good to be true. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.

You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.

Eat the right amount of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don't snak too much. If you're on a diet...then suddenly you would think of a lot of yummy food...then you would eat more than your normal diet. So, just eat enough in your 3 meals. Good luck.

Hm trying staying out of the house. Get a job or do some volunteer work. Do something to get our mind off of it. Even if you do think about it all the time, if you are doing something at least you won't be eating. Also, if you exercise you won't be as hungry (well for me.)

Every time you look at or think about food, picture your goal in your mind. Sometimes, getting busy with something such as laundry or taking a walk will help. Also, keeping a food diary might help as you see all you have already eaten and you might lose your appetite.

Get a Hobby! It's the best way to get your mind off food. Like swimming, sports, chest, and a lot of things get active

play video games, watch tv, go outside,play on computer, lock your refrigerator,eat healthier food
