Only fruits and veggies is called crash dieting.
The moviestar diet is a scam. All these diets that sound too good to be true...ARE too good to be true. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double.
Another thing,DO not ever try any diet pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage. Be wise please.

You can try www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

Yes, you would be a vegan. Vegetarians generally will eat cheese and eggs. Vegans are prone to nutritionally deficiencies; however if you educate yourself and eat a broad range of foods you generally will be just fine. Protein/amino acid deficiencies are the most common problem, as vegetable proteins tend to have less complete mix of amino acids than animal proteins. Nuts and legumes are good source of vegetable proteins.

Yes, indeed. I am a vegan I eat mainly fruits and vegetables, although I do also eat grains and such. However, fruits and vegetables (organic) were made for us to eat. They provide every nutrient that we need in order to survive...WITHOUT taking any supplements as well.

All fruits are fresh vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which can be used for food.

In the superstore, fruits are usually selected much too soon. Some are rocks, many are bad. Some of the fresh vegetables are typical right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

yes one can but the big concern is the B complex vitamins one need to consume vitamin B12 It helps maintain healthy nerve cells and red blood cells, and is also needed to make DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Vitamin B12 is bound to the protein in food. a good tip id have to say is is eat compleat protiens for example beans have protien and rice has protien mix them together you get a compleat protien.

No you can't even vegans need protein weather it be nuts, tofu soy products. the body needs protein and carbs if it does to get enought protein it breaks down its own muscle tissue to get it. and the heart is a muscle.
