DO not try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.

Go to www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home or you can choose from walking or jogging. Whatever your preferences are. It is free with support from the members and a real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

Crash diet is a diet which is extreme in its deprivations - typically severely restricting calorie intake. Meant to achieve rapid weight loss, a crash diet differs from outright starvation only slightly. Crash diets are typically unhealthy and are rarely - if ever - recommended by doctors or dietitians. Crash diets can lead to malnutrition. Not recomended.

After a person discontinues a crash diet, the "yo-yo effect" is often seen. This causes a person to eat far more than normal, causing them to regain both the weight that was lost due to the diet as well as additional weight. This is caused by an evolutionary trait of the human race that historically only took effect in times of famine: after a famine ended, people's bodies naturally craved to regain both the weight that was lost, plus additional weight as well, in order to protect themselves in case of another famine.

An example crash diet consists of a daily intake of 4 glasses of skim milk, 4 bananas, and 1 vitamin capsule; a boiled egg may be substituted for a banana.[1]

Crash dieting, to the best of my knowledge, is basically as it sounds you are crashing your system and trying (in the worst way) to loose weight. So it is not good for you at all. Most common way of crash dieting is not eating and that is defiantly not good for you either. As far as I can see the immediate result is the loss of a pound or two then you wind up gain it and more back just as quickly as you lost the weight.

Crash dieting is when abruptly limit your caloric intake significantly. For instance, if you start eating only 200 calories a day and eat nothing but apples. It's not good for you because the weight you lose is mostly water weight and your body goes into a "starvation mode" and slows down your metabolism. If you crash diet often enough, it will permanently slow down your metabolism and make it harder for you to lose weight. So, don't do it!

dieting in a nut shell is bad for ones health it what people feel as a quck way out of loseing weight infact it ends up to be a crash diet meaning a diet that has no long term results. people tend to lose weight because they follow false "diets". its very unhealthy just think of what it does to the body always loseing and gaining weight. its best for one to realy know what they are doing visit a nutrtionist and develop a life long healthy life plan besides dieting.
i hope that was some help.

no it is not good for you. your pretty much starve your body, you lose weight quickly but as soon as you start eating again you put it all back on, each time you do this it makes it harder to lose weight because your body thinks you are going to starve it so it turns every thing into fat. Most crash diets are under 1000 calories a day and have very little if any carbs or proteins

Crash dieting is just that, it is meant to drop your weight in a hurry! Trouble is, if not done within the guidelines of someone in the know, i.e., doctor, dietitian, etc., you can cause a lifetime of damage to your heart, your metabolism and a whole host of problems. You really should research this in depth before you do it. Best way to get where you are going is one step at a time, that way you won't fall.

Crash dieting means to severely restrict food intake. It is very destructive to the body and is usually followed by a weight rebound where the person ends up weighing more than when they started. In a single word it is: STUPID

Crash Dieting is when you basically starve yourself - no eating at all!!! No, it is not good for you. You become very weak, tired, and you may have health issues - including eating disorders. There have been some cases where people have died because of this idea of dieting.... very scary, I know. Hope I helped you!!
