My bf has a brown patch of skin on his penis, it showed up after a few years of being sexually active. It doesn't hurt or itch just a large brown spot.. He's a carrier of HPV but what could it be?

Go see a doctor right away dont wait..it could be syphillis.
I presume your talking about a chancre a painless ulcer usually found at the head of the penis..get it treated before it spreads in all over his body and affect the Central Nervous system and brain.

hpv. is not treatable and from your typing it could be clamidia . syphllis. gorennea. as well many other . std. related . i would recomend to you see a doctor and tell him this he is better at doing testing to make sure . better safe than sorry in my opion?
