a year and a half ago, while quitting smoking, i decided to do a little working out everyday - it ended up becoming an obsession, and i was able to get from a fluctuating weight (from 102-110 lbs) to a steady 140 lbs. i still weigh 140, but have stopped doing any sort of work for it.
instead, i have fallen into the habit of eating fast food quite frequently, an appetite that started with my increase in work - and that hasnt' gone away since then. my body no longer looks as... buff.. as it did, but i would like to get back to it.
i have been told that starting with creatine will get me back there faster, but not to keep taking it after i've gotten back into a regular work-regimin
what is creatine, what does it do, and any side effects are the goal to my question
