I have a severe flying phobia. It's not of heights or airplanes themselves, but rather of being in an enclosed space with no control over whether I get to leave. Essentially, my brain panics because I can't get off the plane (even though I don't want or need to get off).

Help, please? I've flown in the past few years under heavy sedation, but it never gets any easier. Is it impossible to panic when you're sedated? How can I assert control over the panic attack?

I've had it recommended that I let the panic attack happen, and rather than try to repress it, recognize it and allow myself to be scared. I don't know how to do this.

At this point all I've got are drugs and prayer.

I am going to be turning 19 shortly. Over the past three years or so, I've noticed a decrease in my ability to get things done. For example, I love drawing. From middle school up until 10th grade, I drew quite a bit. Never anything fantastic, but it was sort of a release for me. Since then, I have been slowly less able to even bring myself to pick up a pencil. In addition to this, I was becoming more and more irritated when customers walked through the door at the store and I had to get up and help them. One day, I quit a decent job just because of a rush of customers. I now have a desk job, but it's so wholly unsatisfying, and I'm finding again that I can't bring myself to get things done. I haven't gained any significant weight over these years, but I just always feel like a slug who is incapable of getting anything accomplished. What is going on with me? I want to be able to draw again!

I'm interested in going back to school for a different kind of career. I'm interested in the health and fitness field and/or a degree in Sports Medicine. I have a certification in personal training, but would like an official degree to confidently move into a specialized area of study. Any advice would be great! I could imagine myself working as a high school coach on the humble side or for a Sports team of some kind on the more extravagant side. Even physical therapy sounds interesting.

I have been taking prescriptions meds for osteoporosis for 5 years. My bone density tests show no improvement, slight worsening of osteoporosis. My doctor says it's severe. I have a medical condition called gastroesophageal reflux for which I take medication and the osteoporosis meds seem to affect my reflux, also I have not felt well generally since I've been on the meds for osteoporosis, i.e. aching muscles and bone pain. I take Calcium with Vitamin D - I drink milk - are there any herbal or over-the-counter natural products that would be just as good as prescription medications for osteoporosis?

My daughter has had TMJ for 3 years. She gets ear pain and 'pain spikes' in her ear. We see a phsical therapist, a chiropractor, she has a bite brace, eats a soft diet, doesn't grind or clench her teeth..
So now we are at the end of our rope! I know I am grasping at straws but who else can we go to? We already see an ENT who said he can't do anymore. She sees a dentist again Thursday.
But my question to you is this: Oral Surgeon? Mayofacial surgeon? Who will have the answers? At this point all I really need to know is where to start and what treatments are available now?

I will be completely honest and say that my penis is 6 in. long and 5 in. thick. From what I have read, this seems to be the average size for a guy. However, sometimes I can't help but feel a little insecure about my size. I understand that I can please a woman no matter how big or small I am, but it always seems to be in the back of my mind. I know she will be fine with my penis, but inside is she wishing I was bigger? So let me ask, am I a decent size, and do you girls really care how big we are?

I'm taking part in the Great North Run next year (30th September) and most of the training plans I've found are all 3 or 4 month training plans. I already cycle 11 miles a day and go boxing training twice a week. What would you advise for a nine month lead up to the event?

Thanks
