Im trying to get into shape and actually have some muscles, since im not that strong, and i would like to actually look good so girls will notice me, cause i have a pretty good personality, but i know in order to get a girl to notice me i have to look good, so what are some good exercises besides push-ups and sit-ups to get into shape? Thanks. I'm an 18 yr old male, and im about 5'7 and 130-135 pounds
