What are some symptoms on getting your period?
Like I Crave chocolate a lot
My Lower stomach Hurt Like a *********!
and i keep having the discharge that is ruining my underwear
and i have been moody

Your period symptoms come as:
Craving for sweet salty foods
Minor or severe cramping (some times triggering nausea and vomiting)
Light discharge
Tender and sensitive breasts
Mood swings
Fatigue
Frequent urination
Slight weight gain from retaining water (taking a diuretic will help with that)

~CRAMPS (they suck!)
~ tiredness
~ i feel wicked out of it
~ sometimes moodiness
~ most people have cravings of some sort. during my period i actually never want to eat
