I currently weight 125, height 5'4 and wear size 2 in pants

I currently exercise about 2-3 hours a day and eat 800-1200 calories a day. I know that amount of calorie intake is rather few, but that's what I'm doing to try to lose weight.
Problem is, I only manage to lose to 120 and that's it. How can I lose more?
