how do you get sick? by vomiting???? When are you working out? In the morning after you got up? Well make sure you eat a few crackers not to many and a glass water, then do your workout. If you do it in the afternoon, you might are tiered already and you body is overworked. Never excises until you feel sick. do everything in a routine but not like a marathon. Make sure you drink plenty of water during excises so you don't get dehydrated and drink a plenty afterwards ,water my dear not coffee, tea or beer.

This could be caused by several things. Are you drinking too much water while you work out? Do you eat before you work out instead of after? You also may want to have your blood sugar checked to make sure you are not diabetic and the working out is changing your blood glucose level.

It depends on what you mean by sick? My first guess would be either dehydration or overworking yourself - however, without knowing your routine and water intake - it's just a guess.
Talk to a coach or trainer about your workout and problem. If it persists or gets worse, consult a Doctor as you may have a more serious problem.

Eating prior to working out would make me feel ill. Also, make sure your working out in a cool (or at least not hot) environment and if there are window in the gym or workout area...open them for a cross breeze. Also do you run right after your workout? If yes, consider running first.

You didn't specify what kind of sick.
Are you throwing up? you might be overeating before a hard workout. Are you coughing or sneezing? maybe your allergic to something at your gym.
