I have a Mild Cold, on a scale from 1-10 10 being the worst, mine is a 5. Iv been drinking water, eating soup, and just relaxing. I have to go to work on Wed, its now monday night. What else can I do to speed up the healing. Thank you.

Unfortunately, studies have shown that once you have a cold, there's nothing you can take that actually cures it:
Stores about taking vitamins, Echenacia, yada yada are just myths, just like the myth that being cold has anything to do with it.
No proof at all that any of that works.

I just got over one myself. You're doing the right thing, but most important, is to get LOTS of sleep so your immune system is in top shape to fight it off.

The chemist told me catch it early double up on baroca and the vitamin will be a major help, good luck.

cold??? hmmmm =) tea is good with a little bit of honey, let see what else vaporub on you chest but have someone else rub it on your chest for you=)
