No doctor would ever diagnose online in this type of forum. Could you have pulled a muscle lifting, turning your neck the wrong way, or from sneezing? Any recent illness? Sweats? Did you take your pulse rate? Blood pressure? Respiration rate? Does it come and go, or stay relatively constant? Aspirin or tyelonol seem to help?
See how complicated it gets?

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. Without a very accurate description it is difficult but lets have a go. Do you mean between your nipples dead centre of your ribs near your heart, if it is it sounds like acid reflux. Is it deep behind your breast bone like a burning pain, if so again it sounds like indigestion. Do you get it after you have eaten certain foods. If your answer is no to all of these go and see a doctor

i'm not sure what you have yet you may go lower back on your docs and ask to be considered my a cardiologist and visit a pair in case you have too.....yet they could save you on a 40 8 hour computer screen which you placed on for 40 8 hours so as that they could see in case you coronary heart is doing something extraordinary or peculiar....I do could say I used to get those a lot while i became into approximately your age they on no account figured it out yet they shoved me off and suggested it became into allergies so save being continual till your happy! stable luck!

my best guess would be a straigned muscle but they will probly want to do a work up on you. it could be heart problems, vavle or clot, or something like that, i would go get it checked out tomarrow if you can, your life is more important than anything you would have planned for tomarrow!! Good Luck!
