I've been using Aldara for the past 3 months now...The wart I had externally was gone in like 5 weeks. The ones internally have taken more and more time. Not only that but the cream has caused my warts to blister and bleed. The doctor recommended I stop using until my skin heals and then continue using if the warts are still there.
Now my doc also recommended that if the warts are still there in two months...(Jan/Feb) to go back. Now should I just get them freezed? Is it painful?
My first outbreak and hopefully my last...any info will help! =)

I've never used cream on my warts. I went straight to the operating room and had them lasered off. I healed more quickly, and didn't need to have them on me any longer than need be. Within 2 weeks it was as if I never went to the doctors for laser and since then I haven't had an outbreak (it was 11 years ago).

My granddaughter got a wart on her finger next to her finger nail. We had read the home remedy of taping a slice of garlic on it with a band-aid. So we did it . In three days it turned black and in another day or so it fell off.
