I am not really sure what nerve it is. I just wondered would a pinch nerve cause pressure on the back muscles. Thank You

a pinched nerve is very pain full and you can hardly walk nor sit for to long. It takes a good Physiotherapist or even a Chiropractor to help you free from the pain. It is a long process, take your time and see either one of these professionals. Sure you can take Tylenol too, but it just mask's the pain. After it is gone, you have to watch from now on, never to lift to heavy or bend the wrong way, it can always come back. Really take a good look at it.

Feels like you really strained your butt cheek. Part of your leg or foot can become numb. Sharp shooting pain down your leg. Its hard to either sit too long or stand/walk too long. Depends on what nerve you pinched.

Sometimes your hips feel like they are out of alignment and grating on each other in the middle.

it can hurt heaps, affect ur walking, affect bowel motions (so in turn making u constipated or have the opposite effect ...eww..) umm, heart/lung problems if its high enough and yeah. can make u feel a bit sick too, if its high enough tho.
