Use a different one..stop using it its too harsh Ive just graduated from beauty therapy college and a harsh cleanser is usualy what ruins alot of skin they start getting talangiektasia.
Use a milky cleanser that is right for your skin type..that doesnt strip your skin.
Dermalogica aregreat products can buy from Salons.
and another thing that if you use a foam cleanser or anything that is soap based..that gives you that 'tight clean feeling'.. actually dehydrates your epidermis, whilst blacking the oils from exiting thats why people get alot of commedones..(bumpy skin)..
Go see someone to recomend you a good proffesional product.

You're allergic to something in it. Or if it's the kind that has pimple medicine in it, you're using it too often and your skin is getting irritated. If it's scenario #1, find a new product. Neutrogena is great for sensitive skin. If it's #2, only use the product a couple of times a week.

Okay, the cause behind your face breakout is probably one of the following:
You are scrubbing to hard and need to massage it onto your face instead of scrubbing it.
You are having an allergic reaction to it probably caused by one of the main ingredients (first four on the label). If so, see a doctor immediately.
You have sensitive skin and need to try a new face system. (different brand and maybe even maker)
OR if the company or brand makes a system for sensitive skin, try it out.
I hope I helped ya!!!

It's probably an allergic reaction. Sometime it takes a while to show up. If you are using a face wash with benzoilperoxide, switch to something with salicylic acid instead. I'm not sure of the spelling of either of those words. Neutrogena generally doesn't cause allergic reactions.

Get a new face wash. Your skin is sensitive (or most likely you're allergic to it), so you need something a little less harsh on your skin. Get the face wash for "sensitive skin".

maybe you are allergic to it or have sensitive skin. try a facewash for sensitive skin and try different products with different ingredients to try and pinpoint an allergy

the cleanser might be too strong for you ( you have an allergy to it).. do not use it if your skin reacts to it with redness and/or burning.
Try to use a cleanser from DR. Hauschka... it's a bit pricey but very mild and wonderful for your face.

you either need a new face wash(make sure it's for ur skin type) or you need to put lotion on your face. pat your face dry NOT rub cuz it'll give you wrinkles. then put lotion on. Also make sure that you dont use really hot water.
