I used to get severe spots, and although I still get some occassionally, my skin has vastly improved through taking one COD LIVER OIL capsule every morning, and making sure I am getting enough fresh air, excersise and fruit and vegetables. Try to cut out as much junk food as possible.
I found the COD LIVER OIL capsule really helped make my skin healthier and more radiant, as well as decreasing spots. I strongly reccomend!

First of all, when you go to a doctor they are going to prescribe medicine to you that is going to treat the symptoms and not eliminate what is actually causing the problem. If I were you, I would take an inventory of what you are eating. Our bodies are the greatest pharmacy known. What we ingest and then absorbe, is metabolized by the body meaning that numerous chemical reactions are taking place after we eat. When there is something in conflict with the human machine, things go wrong. Pay attention to what you are eating and drinking and see if it is something you are taking in something that is causing these spots. Could be perfumes, lotions, soap, your bathing water. Sugar, sugar, sugar is all around us and difficult to avoid, but please start with limiting your intake of it and see if there are improvements. Do they appear during times of stress? Find out if relatives have similar symptoms. Could be hereditary. Please please, do not take antibiotics for long periods of time if anything, take probiotics. Antibiotics kill everything (good and bad) leaving the body open for further infection. Probiotics destroy all the bad microbes allowing the immune system to function properly. You have to treat skin irregularities internally first because there is an imbalance. The road to true healing is not instantaneous by swallowing a pill.

Hi my daughter is 13 and has had this problem for 2 years now. its always the same every time, antibiotics and cream. She has stopped taking the tablets for some months though, I wasnt happy for her to be on these long term! Doctor says its mostly hormonal changes but you are doing everything right by looking after your skin - its nothing to do with diet either! Take care

GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR AND TELL HIM THEY HAVE RETURNED. YOU MAY HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING OR AN ALLERGY. PLUS IF YOU ARE USING TOO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS ON YOUR FACE IT MAY BE JUST ADDING TO THE PROBLEM, DO NOT USE THINGS LIKE CLEARASIL AS THEY HAVE A LOT OF CHEMICALS IN THEM. AND DO NOT USE NORMAL SOAP. TRY A GENTLE FACE WASH LIKE SIMPLE OR JOHNSON'S BABY WASH.
