ok i know how to spell anxiety for one. try i was upset and its called a T-Y-P-O..... get it?!!

Breathe deeply. You may be hyperventilating. Also, try to distract yourself until it passes... read a book, call a friend. Remember it is just a feeling and you are not going to die. Also, have you tried getting help? You don't have to live with this alone. Start with talking to your primary care doc and maybe he/she can give you a referral to a good therapist. Hope this helps...Remember to breathe deeply!

Get yourself to the nearest health food store NOW and buy Holy Basil. It works in 20 to 40 minutes and will literally kill your anxiety. It does not make you high at all, just changes intrusive thoughts into something much more reasonable.

If you're looking for something less expensive that will do the same thing, but takes longer to work, you can always try phosphatidy choline.

OK, now decide you are NOT going to have one.

Concentrate on your breathing. Think only breath-in breath-out.
Count to 25, concentrate ONLY on the counting.

Now----do you know what worldly event(s) are causing this? If you, do tell us (in the form of a question). Ask us if you SHOULD be worried about it and/or WHAT TO DO. We will help you resolve it.

Take it easy do some pushups and eat plenty of fruit then mastrubate and at the end drink 2dcl of milk then watch television (no sitcoms please) and go to bed...
