It has always been said that at a certain age a lady needs to be disvirgined if not she faces some disturbing problems with her virginity. Am single and above 30 and a virgin. Now am always sick and feeble and i look older than my age. Am a christian and i don't want to commit fornication, what can i do to maintain a healthy living before i get married?

just this past month i have been missing a few of my pills here and there and now that it is time for my period all i have been doing is spotting. I will go to the bathroom once and i will be bleeding and then later i won't. It's been going on for 3 days now. Could I be pregnant? Has anyone else had this problem?

well i would like to know what you people think before doing something about it.Well it started yesturday in the morning when i wokeup to side pains on the lower side. And now today in the 4:40 i can't sleep i got it again but it hurts mosty on my right side but feel some on the left now its starting to feel like my peroid is comething in away its weird? i don't know whats going on what do you think>?thanks

I was wondering if it ok for me to do ab exercises when I work out. I play sports, work out heavy with weights, etc...with no problems.
I was not sure if ab crunches and things like that are ok with what I have.
My hernia is a buldge in the middle of my stomach that you can somewhat see. It is so slight that my doctor told me just to not worry about it and don't get it fixed, but I am getting it repaired anyway.
I don't think light ab workouts will do any harm?

My boyfriend has been taking Sea Kelp for a couple of months and he feels so much better. I am having problems with my weight and I bite my nails so this would be the perfect thing for me to take. However ...... does anyone know if it affects the contraceptive pill i.e. Microgynon? I know St. Johns Wort does and the websites all just say "..some herbal remedies" may affect it. I have a tiny vaginal wart grown and I am seeing a doctor for treatments . My doctor keep on telling me dont worry and it is not gonna cause cancer and she belives my immune system will kill the virus in 2 months after the wart is gone but I am reading all these articles on internet and they sound very scary to me , it says the virus would never go away and turns to cancer . I need some honest answer from people who experienced this . I already know everything about HPV and I dont need any lecture on that .
