This sort of report happens frequently. In most cases the left lateral vies and computerised tomogram will show no abnormality. Radiologists (in common with all other doctors) have to err on the side of caution. In the rare case that something was there, how much would you be suing for??

now exactly what is you question here???
further eval most likely means they need to redo the xray..and because ins.doesn't pay like it use to ...they want a Dr. to write and order for another xray..its more common to get several xray retakes then it is not to get them...
