Q:
I recently had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Although he pulled out before he ejaculated, I am still worried because I have heard of something called pre-***. Does it exist and if so, does it contain sperm? Would my boyfriend have known if it had happened?
A:
Most men in fact do have an emission of a small amount of fluid before ejaculation. It is a clear discharge that can have a high concentration of sperm. This is called pre-ejaculatory fluid, also know as pre-ejaculation or pre-***. This fluid is released during sexual arousal, and is general not felt by the male, so I doubt if your boyfriend would have realized. This is why the pull out method is simply not a reliable or effective form of birth control.

i got that from this site

and with the pain your having you need to see the doctor asp

You say that your last period, 3 weeks ago, was a weird one. I don't know how regular your periods are, but why couldn't your period be early? Do you have these types of pains when you have your periods? My x-wife had a period every time we took a trip for a vacation, no matter when her last period was.

You say that you have been having sex a lot and that your b/f has been "pulling out". You know, of course that that is not an effective form of birth control. Maybe you're pregnant?

There is the possibility of bladder infections, STD's, tumors on your ovaries, and other things I don't know about.

The best thing to do is see your doctor. The most effective form of birth control is BC pills, except for abstinence, but they are not 100%. After abstinence, BC pills plus using a condom is the most effective form of birth control and "decreases" the chance of catching STD's. Taking anti-biotics and some other medications can make BC pills not be effective and some other form of BC method must be used during the time that you take both.
