Now am always sick and feeble and i look older than my age. Am a christian and i don't want to commit fornication, what can i do to maintain a healthy living before i get married?

Whoever told you that is full of it. Nun's live long and healthy lives quite happily. Don't feel pressured into doing anything that you don't want to. If and when you get married then you can take advice from a doctor if you need reassurance - but you won't suffer any harm from carrying on as you are.

These "always been said" myths are the cause of a lot of psychological trauma. Remaining a virgin is a matter of personal choice. Whether of not you're a virgin makes no difference to your health. Relax and forget about this.

There is no effect of never having intercourse....Nuns are a good example... why don't you contact one and ask how she deals with celibacy and virginity.
It might make you a little frustrated but no harm will come to your mind or body or soul...you are acting strange because you heard some silly story's.
And no harm came to anyone having pre marital sex either...no one went blind or got hairy palms or went mad. Speak to your priest or a nurse about it.

Get laid.

It is not as if the man you will marry waited for you. Why wait for him if he did not give you the same consideration.
