I know ive asked this Q before, but i only got a couple of answers. So i'll try again..

Has anyone used the latteral thigh trainer before? does it work?

I get too bored in the gym, so i'd like to try something in the house.

Thanks x

I bought one of these 2 weeks ago and I use it for just 10 mins every day. I have lost 1" round each thigh and 2" round my waist already. I love my thigh trainer! I got it from e-bay for £11.04 with £25 postage!! A BARGAIN I SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!1

You get what you pay for and the lateral thigh trainer is a cheap advertised on television piece of junk.

Buying a good pair of walking or running shoes makes more sense to me. And using them.

I got one last year, i use it once or twice a week, i find it's been really good for toning up the bum, thighs and waistline.
I got one because i have problems with my neck and shoulder and going to the gym was banned by my doctor.
I would say give it a go, like anything you have to stick with it to see any results.

I've got one and I love it! Put the telly on with a good film and 'walk' the whole way through! It has a different movement to just walking up and down stairs so exercises different muscles too!

My legs and bum are great (wish it did a bit more for my 'baby belly' though)!

I have had one for over a year, they are brilliant, hard work to begin with mind you .... I keep mine in the kitchen even the kids will go on it when I'm cooking and they're chatting to me ( they are all grown now) It will reduce your thighs, bum and waistline but doesn't seem to do much for saggy tums from having babies. E-bay is the best bet you can get them very cheaply. I paid £90 for mine from a TV add over a year ago. I hope you get one and enjoy it.

Its like everything else you have to keep on with them on a regular basis to do any good
your just as well off running up and down the stairs

My girlfriend bought one about 6 months ago and she really likes it. She reckons it has reduced her thighs and is pleased with the results overall.

After 6 months she's still using it and not bored - probably says something.

yeah, I have one, and its good because you can watch the tv while working out in the comfort of your own home, and they do work as my legs and thighs are 100 times firmer now so go for it girl!!
