Charcoal biscuits are good as they absorb the gas. You are probably eating too quickly and taking a lot of air in, slow down. Chew your food more thoroughly as gas can be produce when the food is being broken down so the more you break it down before it enters your system, the better. Protein makes you fart so see if you are eating too much, as indeed most people in the West do.

ya you cud do all of the above but! u shouldnt try to stop farting... coz farts are an emmision of gas from the bowels, sending out gas dat the body doesnt need... so pililng it up inside yourself will only make you one big bag of farts!!!! if its loud farts ur concerned about, then working out regularly will help...

Buy a nice bottle of Champagne, remove the cork and place to one side for future use. Drink the whole bottle yourself, by the time you've finished you'll be so drunk you won't care about your flatulance. The cork ?

I think people like you should be encouraged to fart into gas cylinders. We could then use all that power to heat our homes. Wouldn't that help the energy crisis? Imagine how much lost energy comes out of peoples *rses. There must be millions of watts of power each minute lost. I'm starting today. Got my 500ml coke bottle handy, a box of tissues..... better be quick with the cap....... Here goes............................................... phew.

Flatulence is a natural bodily function and is impossible to illiminate completely but you can reduce it by controling your diet.
By the way the sense of smell operates by detecting particles of substances that are floating in the air and find their way to your olfactory centres.......Meaning that if you can smell it it is actually up your nose.

It could be your diet or it could be your on the move or exercising too much. See a doctor if you are not sure, Im sure he will sniff out the problem.
