I'm a college student, I have two jobs (three if you count babysitting) and go to school full time. I'm on the go constantly so I need a diet that is flexible and will work for me. How do I figure out what is the best diet and exercise plan for me? How do I loose the pounds without spending a lot of money?

My a s s keeps itching really bad. I keep having to reach way up my a s s crack and scratch where it itches the most. This happens in public and almost always in bed. I didn't think anything of it until there was this yellowish fluid leaking out of my a s s. It was rolling down my legs and kind of startled me. What is wrong with me?

I have been going to the same gym for 6 years. Of the 100 or so regulars I see on a nightly (not every one is an every-nighter) maybe a handful has had any noticable improvement over this time period.

I see:
- socializing for hours at a time.
- talking on the cell phone while on the treadmill (so annoying).
- walking back and forth from the weights to the sauna
- looking at themselves in the mirror.
- twiddling their thumbs.
- nonstop complaining about how they can't get rid of their flabby stomach. So much so that they're probably burning more calories complaining about it than they are working out.
What i don't see:
- anybody breaking a sweat.
- anybody doing anything besides trying to lift the most weight they can, and doing a horrible job at it.

I don't understand why these people go to the gym. It's a complete waste of their time. SIX FREAKING YEARS and NOTHING!

I limit myself to one light cigarette a day. I can go a couple of days without smoking and I think I can go even more days without doing it since I do not feel any withdrawal.

Over the past 2 weeks, I smoked probably just half a pack.

I do it because it gives me a buzz to start the day off since I have classes early in the morning. Caffeine has no affect on me so I turn to cigarettes.

What are the signs that you are addicted?

To make matters worse, someone just said something intentionally to hurt my feelings and I feel like I am going to literally break under the pressure. My eyes are wide open and I can't feel asleep and I feel weird. Please tell me tips on how to calm myself down. I tried deep breathing and faild. I am suppose to start medication, but we need to find a new psychologist or psychiatrist. But for now, I am stressed out over everything, I have had headaches and migraines straight for a week, and I think that I am going to crack! Help me!

I haven't been able to go to the gym for like the past three weeks. I physically feel like crap because of it. I think if I go another day without being able to go I am going to cry. I love working out, it is a way to relieve stress and makes me feel good. I can't go because of a medical concern, which I am waiting for my doctor to "OK" me to go back to my gym."Long story"

I've heard that the ice makers on airlines are not cleaned often and can contain harmful bacteria. The only articles I can find on the subject are related to a 12 year old's science project. Is there a more reputable answer to this question?

I want to try Lipovarin, but hate to spend hard earned money on something that doesn't work. Health Digest rated it # 1. I would like to hear from anyone who has tried it. Thanks!

I work at a hotel, and I'll frequently clean rooms where there's blood on tissues in the trash, on towels, and sheets. There are also the occasional vomit pools. We don't wear gloves for general cleaning, and yes, scratches do happen on the job. Gloves are not mandated and just recently became available, so we forget to put them on. Anyway...

What's my risk of getting some horrible disease after I pick up a towel that I discover has dried blood on it (probably at least an hour to 1/2 hour old every time) or empty a full trash can with bloody tissues buried just at the top etc.? Thanks much.

i am a swimmer. i swim 4 out of 7 days a week; one and a half hours a day. Swim practice is strenuous activity. but i feel as though i am not benefiting from it at all.

my stomach is flat, my arms are fine, the problem is my upper thighs (as well as my inner thighs), for some reason i just can't lose the excess weight. i recently put myself on a well balanced diet, and @ times its really hard to keep up with it. but i'm pushing myself because i really want to get rid of the thigh weight.

on top of this, i feel so gross standing in a bathing suit. everybody on my swimteam has a perfect athletic built, except for me...my thighs are flabby. Everything i do doesn't seem to work, but i'm still hopeful.

any reccomendations? thanks so much.
