It'll find you! Lol! You can always tell by remembering what you did when you were on your period and checking the calendar for dates of those things. Did you not go out one weekend cause you were crampy? Try to remember the events from your period to get the jist. Or carry some tampons or pads at all times cause it's gonna be a surprise...

you cant unless you remeber your last period lol but if you want to you should search google and look up "Ovulation Calender" it keeps track of your period lets you know when its coming and also tells you wen ur most fertile!! its good i use it myself x
