No, not normal. It's stress and fatigue, and maybe some eyestrain from too much sitting in front of the puter. Your body is telling you it needs a "time out."

Try yoga, insight meditation, or another form of relaxation therapy. Do some serious pampering... massage, aromatherapy bubble baths, a spa day? Take a long weekend and go find a quiet redwood forest with a river running through it. But do SOMETHING to break the unhealthy pattern you are in, and give yourself a break.

You must be under stress, the twitching can be a sign of exhaustion. No it is not normal, other wise you will see everybodys eyes twitching.
I suggest drinking vitamins, Dont laugh. It works. Had a friend who worked late for several nights on a project that had a deadline. It was hard physical labor. By the end of the third night, his eyes were twitching. Told his wife to give him Vit B complex at least the 100 mg variety and have an hour or so naptime.. The twitching stopped within a few hrs.after he drank it before the nap.

the muscle spasm can be due to stress (exams) or lack of sleep. try holding a damp warm cloth on your eye for a few minutes. it will relax the muscle and maybe even feel kind of good.

Eye twitching is what they started using Botox for. It will relax that muscle.

I get that too occasionally. It is usually due to stress or your vision is changing (it is in my case). It does stop eventually.

See your eye doctor (Opthalmologist) who can help you.
