I have tried sleeping on floor and couch or hard surface and i do sleep well, but on most beds i struggle the whole night, even changing pillows doesnt help, but at times its ok, wat can i do?

this is for posture pedic beds sometimes you can get a prescription for it from Doctor. This bed will hit the spot ,you'll wish you had it years ago trust me, I love mine GOOD LUCK!

i think you better sleep on the flat surface forever, such like floor or wood board. Or if you still want to enjoy to sleeping on the bed i think you better buy a sleeping number bed. which is you can adjust how hard or how soft you want your bed be. So everyhitng it depends on you now. good luck i hope you will fell better ok.

I had the same problem, I went and bought a firm pillow top mattress set and I have not had the problems anymore. They are really good beds.

I have the same problem; only my back doesn't ache. I think it is because I sleep alone.
