Im 17 year old girl, 5'3" and 262 pounds........I know thats horrible, I have a thyroid disease that went unnoticed for 4 years and in that 4 years I gained around 130 pounds................ANYWAY, I am completley bound and determined to get rid of it, just so you know my body type I have a HUGE Butt, like not the nice looking kid its just huge and gross, I wear size 26 pants, and I wear a 2x top, with a 38-40 D bra, and I ahe a double chin which I hate so so much, anyway Id like to knwo some really good exersizes other then walking or that requires machinery (aerobic type things I guess) and good foods to eat, reply on this but also I wouldn't mind if you IM or email me at musicfreak182000 fo more detailed information if you want, thanks so much!!!!
