You need to eat more than that. Eat healthy and regularly. See a cardiologist and have them do and echo-cardiogram. Demand it, especially if you have a family history of heart disease. DEMAND IT! They will want to run a ton of other tests on you, but you make sure you tell the Doc your family history of heart disease.

You don't mention exercise! regular exercise will keep your blood pressure under control - as for fasting it's ok for a week or 2 but as soon as you start eating regular meals the weight you lost (which is mostly fluids) will come back - with extra.
Eat a balanced diet and get some exercise - it could be just taking a daily walk for 5 or 10 minutes - you will feel better and healthier.and keep your Bp under control

If you ar still worried about your heart - see a specialist

Your heart is most likely fine. If the only symptoms you've had was a flip flop feeling... that is a common occurrence. It is what is known as a PVC. Most everyone has them. Some people just feel them and others don't. Stress and anxiety can cause them to happen more frequently. Nothing to worry about you will be fine.

the data you gave us are not complete... however relying on these it seems that your heart is normal.
in all cases i think that your doctor should ask you do more diagnostic tests such as blood "myosin" level...
