I have a horrible memory and I'm considering going for hypnosis to help, is this really the best way to remember things?? Help!

No it isn't.
Go to the doc and get some base line labs.
It could be hypothyroidism... or some sort of vitamin deficiency.
It could be the onset of dementia.
Check this out with a trained doc....

I don't know if I would trust a hypnotist if i really thought something serious was going on. What if through hypnosis the person implies something occurred that didn't? It just doesn't seem right to me.

u could try using your brain on more tasks like education maths something like that + eat the right foods.

if you are on medication it can be a side effect
