If you mean get a vasectomy then the answer is no, simply because you have to ask the question. You need to be 100% sure that you want to do it before you proceed. And to clarify what Rustik said...Men with vasectomies still ejaculate since sperm makes up less that 5% of the total ejaculate. The only difference I noticed after mine was the complete freedom to have sex with my wife without worrying about getting her pregnant.

they snip the cord that carries the sperm out, so that you cant have babies.
