my friend told me about this diet......and he lost 35 pounds.







sounds weird but, you fill your pockets with dog chow. it has everything to keep you healthy in it already.
when you get hungry you snack on it. i don't know of any side affects from it, even though my friend died while on it.
nothing to do with the diet though, he sit down while crossing a street to lick his balls, and was hit by a car!

im seeing people covering there noses when i pass by, i see people cough when i pass by..all the time..i see a person that i know, but he doesnt know me..everytime i walk by..he sniffs or coughs..do i smell bad..it cant be..i take a shower everyday..what the heck is going on?..

Hi there!

I was just wondering what would be a good thing to eat for breakfast if you're looking to lose weight? I know heaps of people say to avoid carbs.. and you should go with eggs and bacon or sausages.. but I'm curious, would it affect me a lot if I were to eat cereal?

Also, with exercise, is it true you're meant to take 1 or 2 days off to give you joints/muscles a rest and let them regenerate etc?

where did my, uh, problem come from? when i think of sex, i start to sneeze. It's been that way for years! I told some girl i used to know, and she would always kid me about it, and when we were hanging out together, she would fakely sneeze, and start laughing.

It's a seriously true thing that happens whenever i think of sex.

I have NO idea if i got the idea from the movie, "The Lonely Guy" (it's a movie with Steve Martin and Charles Grodin made back in the 80's.) In the movie, someone starts sneezing, i think a female character, when she's having an orgasm. Anyway, i think a shrink might be able to snap me out of it. It's not a BAD thing, but lets say you are with a girl, and you have this psychotic stigma that i have. You begin to flirt very heavily with her, and then all of a sudden, you sneeze two or three times. She's may not wanna get a cold/flu from you, so she might get turned off.

what do you all think?

I'm of the view that too much of anything is bad for you. I'm wondering about the top olympic athletes who push their bodies to their limits. Can this really be good for you? Do such athletes usually make it on to a healthy old age? I knew a guy who was super fit, that one day just dropped dead in a gym.
