You can eat whatever you want, it won't affect the scan in any way whatsoever.
You need to have a full bladder for the scan - the bladder lies directly in front of the womb and when it is full it gets pushed up outof the way so that the ultrasonographer can get a better view of the womb and your baby. So drink plenty before you go.

There are no specific things that you need to eat or drink. It is a good idea to keep a full bladder at 20 week scan as I think things are clearer for the doctor.

u should go empty stomach. u can drink water as much as u like
