Assuming you meant 'fail' instead of 'fell', diabetes can cause problems with fertility in men (and women). Many other factors are involved however. A doctor who specializes in this kind of problem would be able to determine if the diabetes is at fault or something else was the problem. The woman should be checked too. She may be unable to conceive

Diabetes can cause all sorts of problems. And, ED is one of them. However, that does not cause a man's sperm level to go down. I don't think that sperm production is affected by diabetes. I have not read it nor run across it. But, it could be possible if he's out of control of his diabetes. If you want to get pregnant, have a sperm count or fertility test performed on him. If everything comes back OK then you might have to look elsewhere.

Yes, a Diabetic man can fail to get a woman pregnant. My friend was an only child. Her father was a Diabetic and he was only able to produce one daughter. Diabetes can affect your sperm count.

nothing to do with low sperm count as far as i know but if he is unable to produce an erection or ejaculate outward there would be obvious problems
