If you had to lose one or the other, which could you live without and why?

I would rather loose a leg. Ive seen people on the news that have lost a leg and they get around very well with the fake one. An arm is used for too many things and has too many functions to be replaces by a substitute.

This question seems to have as much significance as asking "would you rather stand in 3 feet of dung, or 4 feet of dung?". I can't imagine what would be worse--I think losing a limb must be very challenging either way. But forgive my insensitivity--are you trying to decide which you must do without?
