I work out regularly(twice a week) but i am skinny *** mofo. i am 5'9 and weighing 128. I've been drinking protien shake once a day for 2 weeks now. I havent really seen any difference as far as any increase in body mass. But will it, overtime, make me look buff?

also any particular brand of protein shake that is popular, i should be drinking?

ive been wearing braces for almost 2 years now and my teeth have become straight they were soo bad before but now their straight but i still have an overbite..when i bite my front teeth go in the middle of my lower teeth..and i have been wearing 1/8'' elastics 24/7 and i only take them out when im eating. and before when i wore them it usually hurts and that was because my teeth was moving but now they dont hurt but i still have an overbite..help me!!!!!

I have had pretty severe throat pain (a burning feeling) and a piercing chest pain behind the left breast for 6 years. Doctors have done ekg's of my heart, which were normal, lung scan, normal, endoscopy for throat, normal, which ruled out Reflux. A doctor said the chest pain isn't heart related because it doesn't get worse with exercise and I can run very fast. I'm so frustrated. Any ideas??

Straight teeth. Its all for straight teeth. I will have to remove two upper molars, and then wear some metal for a couple of years. After that, I will have to wear a reatainor if I want them to stay the way they are...in your book, is it worth it?

I don't know what to do!?!?! Im such a ****** idiot!!! I can't stand myself. Im sick of this ****! My mom is making me wear my Effin brace and Im sick of it. I stopped wearing it for like... Almost the whole break now.. My back is getting big.. Like a hunchback... I am one... And I admit it. I dont freakin care if I have surgery!!!! I dont care.. Now I guess to them.. (MOm and dad..) Im out of my mind... SO now they are going to make me see a counselor.. And im pissed off. I knoe what im getting myself into.. ****. I have friends that have scoliosis.. Anything can set it off. Only once in a great while does calm down enough to get a slight amount of relaxation. He also complains it leaves him drained emotionally. The worrying never really stops. It gets really bad when he feels powerless.

I then turned right around called my doctor and made an appointment to get a blood test for every std out there. Turns out all I have is the cold sore type of herpies. He and his wife have genital herpies. Yet, I need proof to know just for myself that I haven't given anyone else herpies. My 2nd ex-husband doesn't have it and my current partner hasn't contracted if from me either. So how is it that he has this disease and yet I don't? Someone clear this up for me. Please.
