The muscle in my right hand keeps jumping involuntarily, making my thumb move like it's got a mind of its own. This is happening to my left eyelid as well. Has anyone ever heard of this affliction, and if you have, what can I do to stop it? It's very annoying, especially in my eye.

Usually the eye twitch happens with being overlyfatigued or too much caffeine.

However, other muscles spasms/twitches can be caused by too much or too little electrolytes.. Go in and get some basic labs to rule these out as the cause, because these are easiest to fix.
