I'm 29 weeks and am a Cosmetologist so standing on my feet all day is nothing new. I don't see how they're being unfair in any way actually. They are running a business and just because you are pregnant doesn't mean that they should have to give you more breaks. I'm actually kind of surprised that they're not and that they are being so strict because most places are a little more lenient I think but it's not actually their responsibility. I am on my feet all day working and also don't have much time to sit but I am the one that decided to stay and work. Maybe you could talk to them about taking an early maternity leave since you're having so much trouble or maybe just work less hours a week. That's really the only thing I can think of because you can't technically do anything about what they're doing. If they fired you because you were pregnant that would be a different story but they can't get in trouble for making you work when you're scheduled to work.

1. Feet Hurt bad when he gets up in the morning
2. Feet hurt when he walks
3. He can't stand Up 15-20 minutes
I had a problem called Flactis something like that I had to get Needles in my feet twice so it can go away.

Try night splinting.
Streching exercises.
Physical Therapy.
Rolling an ice bottle under his feet.
Getting a back xray to make sure he doesn't have spinal stenosis... and that it could possibly be the nerves in his back causing the problems.
Lastly have him tested for peripheral neuropathy..
Diabetes, EMG of the nerves, etc....

Is he on the large side of size? has he ever had a back injury? or a gait problem??also how old is he?as you age your arches tend to drop and the small bones in feet change and develop spurs or joint problems? sometimes nothing can be done?also check him for diabetes!and circulatory problems?low blood flow to extremitys?bad veins?also incorrect fitting of shoes??it is possible one foot can be oversized or littler than the other?causing a problem with weight distribution.see your dr.!
