Normally an erection will subside within a couple of minutes. It does however depend on how aroused the individual is. If it is a new sexual partner and not the same old same old it is possible for the erection to last longer and regained more quickly. In most cases it will sink like the Titanic. If someone is taking medication for erectile dysfunction all bets are off...it could last up to four hours or more and become a medical problem. Personally , I lose erection immediately after orgasm but can generally recoup an erection in about 10 minutes after intercourse . Again it depends on the circumstances and the individual.

What HE needs to do? Sorry, but it's what YOU need to do! Try some different techniques. What would you think if you were never having an orgasm when he did oral sex on you and he asked his buddies what you needed to do differently to fix that problem? Ask him directly what he likes and what he doesnt so you can use that info later.
