I read that raspberries,blackberries,bluberries,strawbarries and fish are brain food, is this true? What other foods are also brainfood? Fish is too general and mercury poisonus, which fish are safe to eat?

Having quite a time with anxiety lately. I want to take an Ambien too.
Would all this kill me?
I'm 6 feet tall 250 pounds and have taken these drugs before, just not this much.
What says you on the Ambien 10mg?

Hello, once diagnoised with diabetes II does that mean your stuck with it the rest of your life, that your cells will simply not go back to a normal state were they were before you were diagnoised? Or have I destroyed my cells ability to respond to insuline for the rest of my life?

Many people think that water is pure because its in a bottle and has a picture of a mountian on it. The sad fact is, many of these botteled waters are contaminated with arsenic (rat poison), flouride(mind suppressent), chlorine, MTBE, Tritium, sodium, and god knows what else. ive been wearing braces for almost 2 years now and my teeth have become straight they were soo bad before but now their straight but i still have an overbite..when i bite my front teeth go in the middle of my lower teeth..and i have been wearing 1/8'' elastics 24/7 and i only take them out when im eating. and before when i wore them it usually hurts and that was because my teeth was moving but now they dont hurt but i still have an overbite..help me!!!!!

I've gone back to the ER twice and they keep telling me that the recovery process takes time. The pain is so severe that if I continue in a vertical position for too long I become nauseated and flush. I know that there's nothing you can do for a virus, but this is pretty bad. I'm a single parent and need to get back to work. If I don't work I don't get paid. Please advise.
