About 5 oz Vodka
Having quite a time with anxiety lately. I want to take an Ambien too.
Would all this kill me?
I'm 6 feet tall 250 pounds and have taken these drugs before, just not this much.
What says you on the Ambien 10mg?
PS: No, I do not want to die or commit suicide.

All legally prescribed to me by my doctor. But this isn't how she said to take it of course

I am not calling anyone or going to the hospital. I'll add more details tomorrow so you know I lived. If I'm still awake in an hour, it's down the hatch with the Ambien with another shot or two. I have so much anxiety that I NEED a good night sleep. I just don't want to die!

That won't kill you. It may cause some pain though. Vicodin is rarely put in a tablet alone, and 5 mg of Vicodin is actually composed of 5 mg of hydrocodone (the narcotic), and 500 mg of acetaminophen (normal Tylenol). You really shouldn't take that much Tylenol at once. Also, that amount of Effexor will do nothing for your anxiety. It's still a fairly small amount. You are only putting yourself at risk of a seizure. Also, you've just raised your blood alcohol level to 0.06%. Your liver has a little work to do.
As far as the lorazepam goes, that was too much. You're probably going to get drowsy.
Also, taking a slough of medications like that increases the chance of drug interactions. You just risked 2. Taking Alcohol and Acetaminophen (in the Vicodin) together increases the chance of liver damage. Also, taking Alcohol with Ativan will likely impair your judgement and coordination, so don't drive for a while.
I would suggest not doing that again, and going to see the person who prescribed you the Effexor and mentioning this. Even if you don't want to commit suicide, taking mild overdoses of several drugs at once is more likely to cause problems than solve them.
Also, don't bother with the Ambien. The Ativan, Vicodin, and alcohol will make you sleepy enough. No need to add to the effect.

i think you're pretty much snowed. just lay back in a quiet room with some nice music and sleep.
stay away from ambien-it's dangerous.
you must have some wish to die or to desperately want things to change. normal people don't shove pills in their mouth one after another like that withoput stopping themselves.
seek help in the morning
what's your anxiety about? maybe ask a question about it here on q and a. it's cheap and there's literally a whole world of people on this site. chances are, someone is going thru something that you are going thru. just a thought

You shouldn't take that many pills. All of those are very addictive, and yes they can kill you.
My suggestion is try to go to see somebody who can help you. Sometimes talking to somebody who actually knows what they are talking about helps. A doctor also might give you something to ease the anxiety in a healthy way. Don't mix alcohol with any of those pills either. Good Luck!!

Woah, there are some drugs there that should NOT be mixed with alcohol. Instead of taking Ambien, I would suggest you go to a hospital and get that drug coctail out of your stomach before you end up dead or damaged.

the effexor XR is a drug that has to stay in your system not like ativan that works fast vicodon is a fast acting ...xr means extended release.....if it wasn't yours then why did u take them? if u r not suicidal...and u do have anxiety then go 2 the Dr. and let them give you u own prescripts that way u will know what u r taking also never never take phys drugs with any vodka ever well really any drug

i realy recommend against it. stick with a the highest prescribed dose of ativan first and that should keep you feeling good. of that doesnt work you should have a vicoden and a couple beers an other time. if you take all the drugs you want to take all at once you will either end up in the hospital, dead, or on one of the most craziest trips youll ever have

dude ... you are totally asking for it. i don't care how big you are, that combination is just plain stupid and would kill most of us. the vodka?...if you have any experience at all with these meds, you know how idiotic it is to drink with them. if i were you, i'd get myself to the ER before taking the ambien. you'll need their help to wake up.

Ask your doctor. You should not change/add any other medications without consulting your doctor first. They could interfere with each other. Also you shouldn't mix pain medicines and alcohol. The alcohol intensifies the effects of the pain medicine

Don't ever take all that again. Ask your doc if it's okay to take Ambien by itself.
