yes, human males stop growing in height by the time they reach 20 or 21 years old. at 19 going on 20, growth is still possible for you provided you eat right, exercise regularly, sleep/rest well, avoid cigarettes and alcohol, do not jack off (w-a-n-k) excessively, etc. cheers!

Your growing may continue... but it will not be as aggressive as it was in the puberty years... Most men don't finish growing until they reach 25... Look for changes every 7 years... life and growth changes every 7 years... look back to your life at age 7 there was a big change in you life... between age 1-7... and again at age 14... from 7 to 14 was stage 2... and from age 14 to 21 is stage 3 and then between age 21 to 28 is stage 4... and on and on... There is a big change in a persons life almost every 7 years... so you may grow for a few more years yet... it depends on your genes and inheritance factors... Good Luck!

Ro Dog is right but It also depends on how tall men in your family are.Being 5'8 is pretty normal for guys.

yep men most of the time have there last spurt at 22-24
