Many people think that water is pure because its in a bottle and has a picture of a mountian on it. The sad fact is, many of these botteled waters are contaminated with arsenic (rat poison), flouride(mind suppressent), chlorine, MTBE, Tritium, sodium, and god knows what else. Can you please give me your perspective on this?

You are right about some brands of bottled water.

Look for the words, "Steam distilled" on the bottle.

That means the water was heated to boiling and was redistilled by capturing and cooling the steam. Theoretically, all the germs and unwanted substances were left behind!

At home you can buy a filter from Brita or another brand that has the NSF label on it. Those filters remove metals and fluoride and a whole bunch of stuff.

They will improve the taste and quality of your tap water!

I know, I have one.

always check for the quality standards on the label & buy only from a reputed shop. use a filter at home.
can also go for alternatives like king coconut; safe and tastier and more nutrition above all NATURAL!!

I think bottled water is crazy. Just drink it from the tap or the toilet...same thing and you save a dollar or two.
