I'm a woman and I work a 12 hour job 4 days a week. I stand in steel toed boots. For the last two days, my inner thigh up where my crotch meet, has been numb. Not sure why? Is it due to poor circulation or my job? I've been having foot problems lately too. Do you think I should see a doctor about the numbness I'm feeling? Any advice is appreciated!

If it is a pinched nerve, how do doctors treat it?

Yes, you should go have a check-up with your doc.
It's difficult to diagnose without being seen. But if you're feeling numbness, there could be a circulation or nerve problem. You're shoes aren't very supportive to be in them for that many hours.

Please do see about it. It could be a pinched nerve, or might have something to do with the way you stand. Steel toed boots aren't conducive to good posture or good circulation, and may well be contributing to your foot problems as well. There's no point in procrastinating, as things won't get better until you find out what is causing the problem (s) and correcting those things.
Twelve hours is a long shift to be standing up!
Hope it clears up quickly and easily.

well it's coming from your back bones and cartilages , we all have connected nerves from our backs coming down to our legs , when you sit or stand for a long time SPECIALLY when you wear high heels , you legs make a tremendous pressure on your back cartilages , so they rest on each other and stress on the nerves in between , these are the nerves connected to ur legs and that is the part you get a numbed legs ,

advices :

wear flat shoes
take a very hot shower everyday with running water on ur back
sleep on the floor
put a very hot water bag on ut back for 20 minutes every day before you sleep

get well soon

I would recommend seeing a doctor. It may be a lower back issue, SI joint pathology, hip joint issue, or something else. They will better direct your care for the appropriate diagnostic tests and/or physical therapy.
