You might be shaving to close, need better razor blades or aren't using enough shaving cream. Lotions & Potions that help soothe: Vitamin E, Aloe vera, Aveeno & stay hydrated.

use a good shave gel like aveeno (its new and awesome) use a good blade like a mach 3 or if you're using disposables use a new blade every time and that should keep the razer bumps from even showing up. Also, moisturize after shaving with an unscented moisturizor, again, aveno is the best. And if you do still have razor bumps moisturise for a day or two and they will be gone.

Easiest way to get rid of them is not to get them in the first place. Use a gel or moisturizing cream before you shave.

Buy using only sharp razors. After all prevention is better than cure.

Cortisone cream helps the itch and drys up the bumps.

I get it on my bikini line no matter what I do. I buy Vitamin E and Aloe. I find it at our local drug store. It works miracles. It's also great for diaper rash and heat rashes.
