Your ovaries wouldn't hurt after a night of drinking.
You might be dehydrated. I would keep a journal about your body symptoms.
You might be mid-cycle, ovaries can be sensitive when you're ovulating.

My ovaries hurt after even one drink. In fact, I have completely given up drinking alcohol as a result. If I even drank a half a glass of wine, my left ovary would ache so bad, I couldn't function. It wouldn't last long - maybe a few hours. And while I've asked many, no doctor has ever been able to explain why.

I'm not sure if the two are actually related, unless you have a cyst on them that was aggravated by the alcohol..my ovaries often hurt, especially 2 weeks before my period..i recommend the pill..it should take care of any problems your having.

It could be instead your kidneys, and your ureters are hurting from dehydration. The ureters go down the pelvis right next to your ovaries.

i don,t know about ovaries hurting but i get a warm hurting sensation in my kidneys.

it's probably your liver, and your kidneys, not your ovaries...they are kinda close together and its the same sort of achey pain like cramps from your ovaries.

You got so ripped, even your next egg has a hangover. Seriously, Hun, moderation is the key. Alcohol can be poisonous, quickly and/or over a period of time.

its probably your kidneys! drink lots n lots of water. your kidneys might be aching n failing a bit from binge drinking.
they could also hurt if you really hafta pee bad.
