I am a athlete and I am wondering how you make those like fruit smoothies with like strawberries and milk. They are really good but I don't know how I use whey portien in the morning and I need a good shake to balance the taste of it so if someone could give me the recipe that would be great or any other recipe for that matter.

this was from a few years ago. it was a simple steak recipe with an oriental inspired marinade and it was located in the back of the magazine. one of those "easy romantic suppers"

Yeah, and worst thing is I don't have anyone to help me! My mom doesn't want to and don't talk about my aunts.

I know going for courses is the way to be but unfortunately, I find it expensive and inconvenient (far from my house).

So can anyone suggest where should I start first? And is there any website that teaches the basics?

Just a guy whom wants to cook for his future love-one =)

Whenever I make chocolate chip cookies they harder as soon as they cool and become incredibly hard and very light, so when you bite into them they are not very dense but rather fairly hollow.

How to I overcome this, I know my recipe is wrong, so does anyone know what I need more of and what I need less of to fix this.

I was thinking... since flour is like the root of all evil.. white bread, etc... and supposedly wheat flour is just a hair more healthy... so what about rice flour?

Hi,
Every time I go to a Chinese restaurant I am amazed how the meat in the stir-fry dishes is so tender. When I stir-fry at home the beef is always chewy and the chicken is dry…
Do I need to marinate it in something or is it the way I cook? I do buy good meat.
I know that for larger pieces I should cook longer but what about stir fry? Thanks

Ok, this may sound a bit gross... but I found turkey soup in my freezer... that I made LAST Thanksgiving, as in thanksgiving of '06. I made the soup myself, and it has been frozen since I put it in there last year.... is it still ok to eat?

Is there a set of freezing guidelines to follow when freezing food you intend to eat at a later date?

Thanks for you help! :)
